部分中國野生百合親緣關係的AFLP 技術分析 張克中賈月慧 張啟翔 王潔瓊 東北林業大學學報 第36 卷第2 期 2008 年2 月 將24 份種質分為5 類4 個亞類,這與形態分類結果基本吻合。輪葉百合聚為第I 類,輪葉立且與其它紐明顯分開;4 種百合組野生百合聚為第II 類;另5 種百合紐百合與屬於具葉柄紐(或卷瓣紐)的藥百合(伏牛山種源)聚為第III 類;第1V 類含有藥百合(安徽種源)及寶興百合2 份種質,為卷辯組中少數幾個具有香味的種;第V 類包括11 份種質,大部分為卷辨紐野生百合,但在Vd 亞類含有鐘花紐3 種野生百合,表明卷瓣組和鐘花紐之間存在著基因交流。 C1uster analysis indicates that 24 wild lilies can be divided into 5 clusters and 4 subclusters , which is basically consistent with the result of morpho1ogica1 Classification. Lilium ditichum is grouped into the first cluster , and Martagon section is remarkably distin职ushed from the other sections; four wild lilies of Lilium section are grouped into the second cluster; the other five wild lilies of Lilium section and L. specios U/凡var. gloriosoides (from F uni u Mountain) which belongs to Archelirion section or Sinornartagon section are grouped into the third cluster. The forth cluster includes L. speciosum var. gloriosoides (from Anhui) and L. duchartrei , both 时th fragrance in Sirwrnartα.gon section. The fifth cluster contains 11 wild lilies , most of which belong to Sinomartagon section , but the first sub-cluster has 3 species of Lophophorum section , indicating that gene exchange exists between Sinornartagon section and Lophpphorum section.
