一、在臺灣所採得之標本,應留下(複)份標本、標籤於臺灣的植物標本館中,並提供 完整之鑑定名錄。 When specimens are collected in Taiwan, duplicate specimen(s) should be deposited in a registered Taiwan herbarium, along with collecting information and name list.
二、在臺灣取得之研究材料而發表之學術文章,應視貢獻程度,將臺灣之合作夥伴列名 為共同作者或誌謝,並且將文章副本寄送給其他在臺灣的協助單位。 When academic publication(s) are published using materials collected in Taiwan, Taiwanese cooperator(s) should be listed as co-author(s) or acknowledged for their contributions. A cop y of the publication should be sent to the assisting institute(s) in Taiwan after it is published.
三、以臺灣採集之材料發表新種時,正模式(holotype)標本或複模式(isotype)標本之 一須指定於臺灣之標本館。 When a new species is published based on materials collected in Taiwan, its holotype or at least one of the isotypes should be deposited in a registered Taiwan herbarium.
四、若有自蒐集之材料而衍生之經濟利益,應依生物多樣性公約及相關條款規範。 Should commercial benefits be generated from materials collected in Taiwan, related affairs should be regulated by Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) and other relative laws and orders.
五、無法配合上述規範或曾違反上述規範之研究團隊,應拒絕其學術合作之邀請,並建 議告知學會轉知會員,以為殷鑑。 If any research-group(s) violates any of the above principles, TSPS shall advise our members to decline future academic invitations from that research-group.
